When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website and temporarily saves it in so-called log files. We have no influence on this. The legal basis for the processing of the IP address is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). From the collected data no conclusion about your identity is possible and we do not draw such conclusion. Our justified interest in data collection is to be seen in the following purposes:

  • Ensuring a smooth connection setup,
  • To ensure a comfortable use of our website,
  • Evaluation of system safety and stability as well as
  • other administrative purposes.

3.2 Data Processing for Advertising Purposes (Sending of Our Newsletter)

If you have given your consent, we will use your name and e-mail address to send you our newsletter and advertising for the Pitchfork Music Festival Berlin.
In order to ensure that no errors have been made when entering your e-mail address or that your e-mail address has not been misused, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure.
